Major Job Responsibilities
Handling all telephonic and Email inquiries of the customers efficiently in friendly manner.
Taking pricing from the vendor, incase delay call and follow up to the vendor, also do some negotiations
Preparing Quotation and then follow ups on the same negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager
Productive Paper work for tracking orders of client.
Handling HP/Dell Portal for order executions.
Assigning IT calls of engineer, aligning site technician for PAN India sites
