Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties.
Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and consumables.
Maintain sterile/aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts.
Monitor patient safety and assist with patient positioning and shifting.
Maintain OT documentation and surgical records.
Ensure proper sterilization and biomedical waste management.
Check OT equipment and maintain adequate stock of consumables.
Follow NABH and hospital safety protocols.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
Experience: 1–3 years OT experience preferred.
