About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Pedodontist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing high-quality dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs while creating a comfortable and positive dental experience.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children and adolescents.
Perform preventive, restorative, and pediatric dental procedures.
Manage pediatric emergencies, trauma cases, and pulp therapy procedures.
Conduct behavior management and patient counseling for children and parents.
Provide preventive treatments including fluoride applications, sealants, and oral health education.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with other dental specialists for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.




Adhere to infection control protocols and clinical standards.

Requirements
MDS in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Pediatric Dentistry.
Strong clinical, communication, and behavior management skills.
Ability to handle pediatric patients with patience and empathy.
Registration with the relevant Dental Council.
Experience in conscious sedation and special needs dentistry will be an added advantage.
