Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.
Allocate work to operators and helpers according to the production plan.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality.
Monitor employees’ attendance, discipline, productivity and safety.
Ensure proper handling of copper materials, machinery and finished products.
Check material usage and minimise production waste and rejection.
Maintain production, stock, downtime and shift-wise records.
Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, stores and dispatch departments.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures and company policies.
Report daily production progress and operational issues to management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
