Handle customer inquiries and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Explain repair/service requirements, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Prepare and share job cards, service estimates, and invoices.
Keep customers updated on vehicle service progress and any additional repairs required.
Ensure customer concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, service, quality checks, and delivery.
Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure a positive service experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle details, and service history.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech/B.E.



in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Candidates with a solid understanding of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant automotive knowledge can apply.
Candidates who are comfortable working in a workshop/ground workplace will be preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
