About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Develop and implement effective content and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with the content and creative teams for ad creatives, social media content, and campaigns.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and identify recent marketing opportunities.
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance through relevant analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.



Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and best practices.
Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Understanding of content strategy, social media marketing, and leadgeneration campaigns.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
