Key Responsibilities

​Protected Operation: Maneuver and operate hydraulic boom equipment, cranes, or aerial lifts in agile, high-traffic job site environments.

​Rigging & Hoisting: Inspect, select, and attach appropriate rigging gear (slings, shackles, hooks) according to load weight, balance, and manufacturer specifications.

​Site Evaluation: Assess ground stability, identify overhead hazards (power lines, structures), and position outriggers/stabilizer pads securely prior to deployment.

​Pre- & Post-Operation Inspections: Complete mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections, checking hydraulic fluids, tires, cables, limit switches, and safety interlocks.

​Signal Coordination: Interpret and respond accurately to standard hand signals and radio communications from riggers, signal persons, and ground spotters.

​Maintenance & Logs: Perform basic field lubrication and fluid top-offs; log operational hours, load weights, and any mechanical defects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
