Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with different departments and monitor daily operations.
Follow up on customer payments and outstanding amounts.
Track tasks and ensure timely completion.
Identify and resolve operational issues.
Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Prepare regular operational reports for management.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Escalate important issues to management when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in Operations or Management.
Real Estate / Construction experience preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Solid follow-up and team-management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
