Handle customer queries received through advertisements.
Explain product features, perks, and usage to customers.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Maintain customer/lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Science/Biology background is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and customer-friendly approach.
Freshers with a Science/Biology background and valuable communication skills are welcome.
Experience: 1–5 Years | Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
