Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the property, ensuring smooth departmental coordination, excellent guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hotel/hospitality operations.
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
Ensure high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety, and quality.
Monitor revenue, operational costs, manpower, and departmental performance.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
Lead, train, and motivate department heads and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.
Support budgeting, cost control, business planning, and revenue targets.
Conduct regular operational reviews and implement improvements.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
