We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and sales-driven associate to work across Bright Star and KCS Kashmir Shawl Emporium.
This is a hybrid role combining sales, backend operations, and digital customer handling, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and enjoys both customer interaction and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and website platforms
Support online sales and order coordination
Assist in backend retail operations including billing, stock tracking, and coordination
Work on Excel sheets, reports, and basic data management
Support export-related coordination and documentation (as required)
Assist walk-in customers and contribute to overall sales
Help with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Good computer skills (Excel, email handling, basic systems)
Solid written and spoken English
Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
Ability to multi-task across sales, backend, and operations
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in retail / ecommerce / office operations is a plus
