Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
Conduct regular inspections of materials, concrete strength, and structural elements.
Ensure all work directly complies with approved blueprints, elevations, and structural drawings.
Monitor specific post-construction processes such as concrete curing and moisture testing.
Execution & Supervision
Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and tradespeople to maximize productivity and ensure task accuracy.
Manage structural layouts, surveying, and marking ground lines and levels before excavation or concrete placement.
Verify structural frameworks (e.g., shuttering, rebar/steel placement) prior to pouring concrete.
Material & Resource Management
Prepare technical estimates for raw materials like cement, steel, aggregates, and water.
Communicate with vendors to procure required materials and reduce in office wastage.
Schedule the delivery of heavy equipment, tools, and labor shifts to avoid project delays.
Safety Compliance




Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations daily.
Ensure all on-site personnel are equipped with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Conduct safety briefings and perform hazard checks on scaffolding, heavy machinery, and electrical connections.
Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate and negotiate with architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, and local authorities.
Track daily project progress and generate formal site reports for management and clients.
