Job Summary

Efox Consultancy Services LLP is hiring Staff Nurses on behalf of a leading senior-care organisation in Coimbatore. The role involves providing quality nursing care to residents and supporting the clinical team in maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Provide bedside nursing care and monitor residents regularly.
Check and record vital signs and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies as required.
Assist doctors and clinical staff during rounds and procedures.
Monitor residents for changes in physical condition and promptly escalate concerns.
Maintain medication charts,



nursing notes and other patient records.
Follow infection control, hygiene and patient safety protocols.
Assist with admissions, transfers and discharge procedures.
Provide appropriate guidance and support to residents and their families.
Ensure proper handover/takeover during shift changes.
Handle clinical equipment appropriately and report any issues.
Participate in training and maintain compliance with nursing protocols.

Candidate Requirements
ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
1–5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience
Valid Nursing Council registration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust patient-care orientation and qualified conduct
Ability to work in a shift-based workplace

Preferred: Candidates with experience in hospitals, nursing homes, geriatric care or senior-care settings will be preferred.

Work Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
