We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant information. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
Welcome and engage with leads in a friendly and qualified manner
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or conversion
Maintain customer relationship and ensure satisfaction
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication

Requirement:
Freshers are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge




Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
