We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs.
Product Demonstrations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring all data is accurately tracked in the CRM system.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of best practices, promotional trends, and competitor activities to identify current market opportunities
Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a relevant customer-facing role.
Communication: Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Drive & Resilience: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Organizational Skills: Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Tech Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome).
