We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
Maintain cash book, ledger, and general accounting records.
Process employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
2–3years of experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Office is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, construction, or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with ERP software is preferred.
