Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Voice Location: IT Park, ChandigarhProcess: International BPO – US-based Customers

Job Description:We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an international customer support process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls , resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through voice support.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Identify relevant upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
Meet assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility:
Graduate candidates can apply.
Good English communication skills are required.
Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO/customer-service experience can apply.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational weekoffs.

Shift Details:
Rotational shifts, with the first shift starting at 4:30 PM and the last shift starting at 2:30 AM.




Shifts can be allocated as per business requirements.
Weekoffs are rotational and may fall on any two consecutive days, such as Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday.
Weekoffs rotate on a monthly basis.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,100/month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹7,000/month

Work Location: IT Park, ChandigarhWork Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
