We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead – Java with solid leadership and hands-on experience in enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will guide the team, ensure code quality, lead architecture decisions, and play a pivotal role in the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Java development team across full SDLC.
Defined scalable solutions and micro services using Spring Boot and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and mentor developers.
Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams.
Interface with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solutioning.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
RESTful APIs, Microservices
CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS)
Knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Understanding of Usage of AI tools
Nice to Have
Experience in Microservices Architecture
Hands-on with DevOps practices and tooling
