We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our PET Preform and HDPE Closures manufacturing facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating NETSTAL or similar high-performance injection moulding machines and be capable of ensuring efficient, secure, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor NETSTAL or equivalent high-performance injection moulding machines.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and parameter adjustments.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production.
Carry out preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections.
Ensure uninterrupted production of PET preforms and HDPE closures.
Maintain product quality in accordance with manufacturing standards.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean production workplace.
Record production data and report machine performance or breakdowns to supervisors.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating NETSTAL or similar injection moulding machines.
Proven experience in PET Preforms and HDPE Closures manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Transferable Qatar ID (QID) is preferred.
