Job Responsibilities:
Handle foreign currency exchange, Forex Cards and remittance transactions.
Manage cash handling, currency counting and daily cash reconciliation.
Verify customer documents and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
Maintain transaction records and follow company policies.
Assist customers with currency rates, limits and transaction-related queries.
Requirements:
Experience in Forex, Foreign Exchange, Cashier, Teller or Money Changer profiles preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of KYC/AML and cash management.
Candidates comfortable working in a customer-facing counter role.
