Position: Production Supervisor – Sewing
Location: Pollachi

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage sewing operations within our home textile manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards, productivity, and efficient utilization of manpower and machinery.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of sewing operations, production planning, and line management.
Understanding of home textile products such as bed linen, pillow covers, cushions, quilts, curtains, and related products.
Knowledge of quality standards and production control techniques.
Ability to manage manpower and achieve production targets.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
