Job Title: Electronics Engineer – New Product Development (NPD)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our Current Product Development (NPD) team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end electronic hardware development — from schematic and PCB design to prototype build, testing, and documentation for production handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop PCB layouts (single/multi-layer) for current products based on circuit requirements
Select and specify SMD/THT components based on datasheets, cost, availability, and application requirements
Work with ICs (microcontrollers, sensors, power management, communication modules) — selection, interfacing, and troubleshooting
Perform hand soldering,
rework, and wiring for prototypes and pilot builds
Generate and interpret Gerber files, drill files, and other manufacturing outputs for PCB fabrication
Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for current and existing products
Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors for prototypes and production
Support design validation, testing, and debugging of prototypes
Prepare and maintain technical documentation as per ISO 9001 (or applicable) quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, quality, production) for product realization
Support DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) reviews
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
