Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive – Talent Engagement to drive employee engagement initiatives and create a positive workplace experience. The role involves planning and executing employee activities, events, celebrations, and supporting new hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute employee engagement and fun activities.
Organize birthday celebrations, team-building activities, and employee events.
Coordinate internal events and engagement initiatives.
Manage recent hire onboarding, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
Coordinate biometric alignment and other onboarding requirements.
Work closely with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Hands-on knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Creative, energetic, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
Solid event planning and execution skills.
