Pre-Requisites
Responsible for the execution of the project as per contractual obligations and control the Business Plan of the project.
Strategically Planning the Project requirement. Knowledge on MIS Report, RA Bills etc.
Cost Control and Analysis.
Overall co-ordination of the project; Monitoring & reviewing various safety & quality aspects.
Timely completion of the project as per client requirement.
Should have positive Resource Management skills.
Positive Team worker.
Candidate should have worked with Construction Industry and should be able to take challenges and stress.
