Job Title: Solar Project Manager
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee solar projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage solar projects from start to completion
Coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians, vendors, and contractors
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
Supervise installation and project execution
Ensure work is completed according to technical specifications
Monitor quality and safety standards at project sites
Resolve project-related technical and operational issues
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field
Relevant experience in solar/project management
Robust knowledge of project execution and site management
Positive leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects
