Job Summary

The SysTrack SME/Consultant is responsible for optimizing the SysTrack platform, monitoring user experience, providing strategic guidance, and driving value realization through workplace analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance to the Workblaze team on SysTrack adoption and optimization.Bring best practices and lessons learned from other engagements.Perform User Experience Monitoring and analyze employee digital experience trends.Manage stakeholder communication through regular reviews, reporting, and recommendations.Track KPIs and value realization to demonstrate business outcomes and ROI.Ensure governance, compliance, and operational standards are maintained.Drive continuous improvement through insights, proactive recommendations, and optimization initiatives.

Skill Requirements

Solid expertise in Lakeside SysTrack and Digital Employee Experience (DEX)



solutions.Experience with User Experience Monitoring, analytics, and reporting .Knowledge of Windows environments, VDI/Citrix, AVD, Intune, and Microsoft 365 .Understanding of ITSM processes and workplace transformation programs.Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting abilities.Experience in KPI tracking, governance, and service improvement initiatives.

Other Requirements

Hands-on experience with SysTrack and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions, solid stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to drive KPI tracking and value realization, knowledge of ITSM and governance frameworks, and experience working with Microsoft Endpoint technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix, AVD/VDI). ITIL certification is preferred.
