Key Responsibilities
Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Perform microbial testing, culture preparation, and identification of microorganisms.
Monitor and maintain laboratory hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
Investigate microbial contamination issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support quality control and quality assurance activities.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure product quality and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology / Food Microbiology or related field.
2–5 years of experience in microbiological testing and laboratory operations.
Experience in Agriculture, Fertilizer, .
Knowledge of microbial testing methods, media preparation, and laboratory instruments.
Familiarity with RM, SFG, PDI.
Robust analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
