We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to handle end-to-end digital marketing activities, including campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and AIO. The role will be responsible for achieving key client KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, ROI/ROE, lead quality, and conversions, while coordinating creatives, content, and campaign execution.
The role also involves client communication, team management, creative coordination, reporting, and handling client concerns or escalations professionally. The ideal candidate should be a solid communicator, strategic thinker, and calm problem-solver who can manage multiple clients and teams while ensuring campaigns deliver the expected business results.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
