Job Description

Welcare Hospital, Vadodara, is looking for an experienced and responsible HK Supervisor to supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards throughout the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping activities and staff.
Allocate duties and shifts to housekeeping staff.
Monitor cleanliness of wards, patient rooms, OPD areas, corridors, washrooms, and other hospital areas.
Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and hygiene practices are followed.
Check staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Conduct regular rounds and ensure all assigned areas are properly maintained.
Handle housekeeping-related complaints and take corrective action.
Ensure proper availability and use of cleaning materials and equipment.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning and hygiene procedures.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, records, and daily reports.
Coordinate with HR/Admin and other departments for housekeeping-related requirements.




Ensure proper waste handling and disposal as per hospital procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate housekeeping staff.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of hospital housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene standards will be an advantage.
Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
