Key responsibilities include reaching out to speakers, confirming participation, collecting session details, coordinating hotel bookings and banquet arrangements, managing event timelines, and handling in office event execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable negotiation ability, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
