Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment before the operation.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and proper service procedures.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests when required.
Ensure guests receive their orders correctly and on time.
Check regularly on guests’ needs and satisfaction during the meal.
Transparent and reset tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other departments for smooth service.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with buffet setup, banquets, events, room service, and other F&B; operations when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
