About the role

We are looking for a confident, English-proficient Inside Sales Executive to speak with prospective business clients, understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This is a calling-focused role for someone who enjoys conversations and can follow up consistently.

Responsibilities
Call prospective B2B clients and introduce relevant services.
Speak with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings for the sales team and confirm attendance.




Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and WhatsApp where appropriate.
Record call outcomes, next steps, and lead details in the CRM.
Work toward calling, qualified lead, and meeting targets.

Requirements
Solid spoken and written English.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
Positive listening, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Basic comfort with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
Prior telecalling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation experience is preferred.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives are offered in addition to fixed salary, based on agreed targets.
