Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Apollo Tyres products in the assigned market. The candidate will be responsible for dealer visits, customer relationship management, generating new business, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit tyre dealers, retailers, workshops, fleet owners, and other customers regularly.
Promote and sell Apollo Tyres products as per company targets.
Generate new customers and develop business from existing customers.
Maintain robust relationships with dealers and retailers.
Take orders and coordinate with the distributor/company for timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
Follow up on outstanding payments with customers/dealers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the tyre/automobile industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and smartphone applications.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
