Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations, production activities, manpower, productivity, quality, safety, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day factory and production operations.
Plan and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Purchase, HR, and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely resolution.
Ensure production is carried out as per required quality standards and specifications.
Manage and supervise factory workers, supervisors, and other production staff.
Plan manpower requirements and ensure proper deployment across shifts.
Monitor attendance, discipline, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.
Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures, PPE requirements, and statutory requirements.




Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor wastage, material consumption, and production costs.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly production reports and MIS.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime and wastage.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the factory.
Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to Management.

Key Requirements
Relevant experience in Production / Factory / Plant Operations is mandatory.
Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment is preferred.
Robust knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations.
Valuable manpower handling and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety, quality, and production processes.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
