Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure Rice, Broken Rice, Rejection Rice, Maize, Rice, Jowar, Rice DDGS & Maize DDGS
Identify and develop reliable suppliers, mills, traders and manufacturers
Negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules
Monitor daily commodity prices and market movements
Conduct supplier evaluation and maintain solid vendor relationships
Coordinate quality inspection and ensure products meet required specifications
Plan procurement based on customer requirements and market opportunities
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely material movement
Verify purchase documentation, invoices and delivery details
Maintain proper purchase records and MIS reports
Develop recent sourcing locations and supplier networks
Ensure competitive procurement and minimize purchase-related risks

Candidate Requirements:




2–5+ years of experience in Agro Commodity Procurement / Trading
Solid knowledge of Rice, Maize, Jowar & DDGS markets
Existing supplier/mill/trader network will be an advantage
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of commodity quality parameters
Ability to track market prices and make timely purchase decisions
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/accounting systems
Willingness to travel for supplier visits when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
