Job Overview

We are looking for a Jr. Accounts Executive to support the Accounts & Finance team in a manufacturing environment. This role involves accounting operations, production tracking, inventory monitoring, walk-in customer billing, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts before invoicing.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
Handle bank reconciliations and daily cash/invoice reconciliation.
Maintain stock registers for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Record daily production output and track material consumption.
Identify variances in planned vs. actual material usage.
Support monthly COGS calculations and product-wise costing.
Coordinate with production and store teams to maintain accurate records.
Assist senior team members during audits and month-end closing activities.





Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and costing concepts (COGS, Inventory Valuation, GAAP/Ind AS).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
