Core Responsibilities
Inbound Engagement: Professionally manage inbound calls from US customers with a polite, empathetic, and solution-driven approach.
Consultative Support: Actively listen to customer needs, address concerns patiently, and explain product features, pricing, and policies clearly.
Value Recommendation: Identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities naturally by matching customer requirements with suitable offerings.
CRM Management: Log call details, requests, and sales outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
Performance Focus: Meet and exceed individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction and sales metrics.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving company policies, product lines, and promotional campaigns.





What We Are Looking For
Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
Experience: Prior background in customer support, customer success, telesales, or a voice-based BPO workplace is a robust plus.
Problem Solver: A natural customer-first mindset with strong troubleshooting and objection-handling skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computers and CRM tools smoothly while speaking with customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) to support US time zones.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a 3-year diploma.
