Handle inbound calls from patients, attendants, and other customers professionally and courteously.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health packages, feedback, and other hospital requirements.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments as required.
Provide accurate information regarding doctors, departments, OP timings, services, procedures, and hospital facilities.
Coordinate with doctors, front office, billing, diagnostics, nursing, and other departments for patient-related queries.
Address patient queries and complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department/HOD.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
