As a Large Language Model Developer, your typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses, ensuring that the outputs align closely with the intended use cases. This role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment to improve the model's performance and applicability across various scenarios, contributing to the advancement of intelligent language technologies.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production settings.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
Solid experience in fine-tuning and adapting large-scale language models for specific applications.
Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance optimization strategies.
Ability to work with various Python-based machine learning frameworks and tools.
Understanding of natural language processing concepts and their practical implementation.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
