Job Purpose

The Solar Rooftop Installation Engineer / Project Engineer will be responsible for managing rooftop solar projects from site survey and technical planning through installation, testing, commissioning, handover and project closure.

The role requires solid coordination between customers, sales teams, design teams, vendors, installation technicians, electricians and management to ensure every Pure1Group Solar project is completed safely, technically correctly, on schedule and according to approved project specifications.

The employee will also be responsible for maintaining installation quality standards, documentation,



material accountability and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site Survey & Technical Assessment

Conduct detailed residential and commercial rooftop site surveys.

Verify:
Available rooftop area
Shadow-free area
Roof condition and structural suitability
Roof dimensions
Building height
Solar panel orientation
Proposed tilt angle
Access to rooftop
Inverter installation location
ACDB/DCDB location
Existing electrical distribution system
Existing sanctioned load
Electrical meter location
Earthing availability
Cable routing
Lightning protection requirements
Water drainage and maintenance access

Collect accurate site measurements, photographs and technical information for system desi
