Bang On Content is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who understands the pace, pressure and excitement of working in an creative advertising agency.

What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain solid working relationships.
Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy and other internal teams to take projects forward.
Prepare and communicate briefs, timelines and feedback clearly.
Follow up on projects from brief to execution and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate pitches, presentations, campaigns and content requirements.
Keep track of multiple projects and priorities without losing attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to build stronger client relationships and bring more work to the table.

What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising/content/creative agency.
Positive understanding of advertising,



communication and agency processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
Positive organisational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Someone who is proactive, responsible and genuinely enjoys working in advertising.

Location: Kolkata
