Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT/Technical hiring across IT Services, Products, SI and Infrastructure.
Handle hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications.
Develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and direct sourcing.
Partner with technical stakeholders and manage screening, negotiation, offers and joining.
Handle niche requirements, counter-offers and notice-period challenges.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure quality closures within TAT.
Requirements
4–7 years of IT Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment experience.
IT Services/System Integration hiring experience preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Target-driven with solid ownership and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
