MIS EXECUTIVE

Location: Banda, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily MIS and operational data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments/teams.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, attendance, activities, and operational performance.
Prepare Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and summaries.
Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
Coordinate with Centre Managers, trainers, field teams, and HO for timely data collection.
Share regular reports with management within defined timelines.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all MIS reports.
Perform data analysis using Excel functions, filters, sorting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of organizational data.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in MIS,



data management, reporting, or a similar role.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel.
Good working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/COUNTIF, filters, sorting, and basic data analysis.
Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare reports within strict deadlines.
Candidates with experience in skill development, training centres, education, NGO, or project-based operations will be preferred.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant MIS/Data Management certification will be an advantage.
