Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Application & Documentation Intern to support our admissions team in managing student applications, documentation, and coordination with counsellors. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in the international education domain.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing student applications for universities abroad (UK/UAE primarily)
Verify and organize student documents such as SOPs, LORs, transcripts, resumes, and financial documents
Ensure all documents meet university and visa requirements before submission
Coordinate with counsellors to collect missing or updated documents from students
Maintain accurate records of applications and documentation in CRM/sheets
Track application status and follow up on pending submissions or updates
Support the team in visa documentation processes and checklist preparation
Perform quality checks to ensure zero errors in submitted applications
Assist in handling deadlines and ensuring timely submissions

Requirements




Graduate / Final-year student (preferably in Management, Commerce, or related fields)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Interest in international education/study abroad industry

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)
Prior internship or experience in admissions/documentation
Familiarity with SOP, LOR, and university application processes
Experience with CRM tools
