Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate campaigns, publisher/affiliate relationships, tracking, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate with existing affiliate partners, publishers, and networks.
Identify and onboard recent affiliates/publishers to expand the affiliate network.
Plan, execute, and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns.
Track affiliate performance, conversions, leads, sales, and revenue.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain regular communication with affiliates and resolve campaign-related queries.
Ensure proper tracking of affiliate links, leads, conversions, and commissions.
Prepare regular performance reports and maintain campaign data.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
Monitor competitors and identify new affiliate marketing opportunities.
Ensure affiliates follow campaign guidelines and company policies.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Positive understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, tracking, CPA/CPL/CPS campaigns.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/partners.
Candidates available for onsite work in Zirakpur are preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
