Job Description

Experience: 1+ Year

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai-Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: In-person

Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and shift activities.
Take ownership of store operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise, guide, and support team members to achieve operational and service standards.
Train and coach recent team members on SOPs, customer service, and store processes.
Monitor customer experience and resolve operational or customer-related concerns promptly.
Ensure adherence to Bakingo’s SOPs, food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle cash management and ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
Coordinate opening and closing activities and ensure shift handovers are completed effectively.
Monitor and Audit product availability, quality, presentation, and wastage during shifts.




Maintain a positive and productive work environment while supporting team performance.
Identify operational issues and communicate them to the Store Manager with appropriate solutions.
Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining operational excellence.

Desired Skills
1+ year of experience in retail, QSR, bakery, food service, or store operations.
Robust communication and team-handling skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong knowledge of SOP, hygiene, safety, and basic cash-handling practices.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
