Position: Consultant Anaesthesiologist – Anaesthesia & Critical Care

Qualifications and Experience
MD or DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of post-PG experience.
Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.
Experience in ICU management, critical care, ventilator management, and emergency care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluations and formulate perioperative management plans.
Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, and other anaesthesia techniques as required.
Manage difficult airways, emergency resuscitation, and perioperative complications.
Supervise and manage ICU operations, including critically ill and ventilated patients.
Develop and implement ICU protocols and clinical best practices.
Provide emergency critical-care support across the hospital.
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.




Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and infection-control standards.
Participate in clinical audits, staff training, and hospital development initiatives.

Remuneration and Advantages

Minimum Guaranteed Annual CTC: ₹39 lakh
₹2.50 lakh per month – Anaesthesia and OT Services
₹75,000 per month – ICU Supervision and Critical Care Services

Total Remuneration: ₹3.25 lakh per month / ₹39 lakh per annum
