Responsible for operation, setup, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of heavy-duty CNC Gantry Milling/Machining machines used for large and heavy components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain GM 500/1000 CNC Gantry Machine.
Perform heavy-duty milling, drilling, boring and machining operations.
Machine setup, workpiece alignment and tool setting.
Handle gantry, cross-rail, spindle head, table and machine-axis systems.
Troubleshoot CNC, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and servo systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Check machine alignment, geometry, positioning and machining accuracy.
Read engineering drawings and understand machining tolerances.
Handle CNC controls such as Siemens / Fanuc / Heidenhain, depending on machine configuration.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for job trials and dimensional accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
