Job Title: CRM Executive – Neo Dove CRM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and handle Neo Dove CRM operations end-to-end. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer data, managing leads, Distributing leads ,updating records, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Neo Dove by Vyapar CRM operations from lead creation to closure.
Add, update, and maintain accurate customer, dealer, distributor, and lead information in the CRM.
Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including lead entry, assignment, follow-up, conversion, and closure.
Track and update sales enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales and field teams for timely lead follow-ups and updates.
Monitor pending and upcoming follow-ups and ensure timely action.
Maintain proper records of customer communication, orders, payments, and sales status.
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Monitor CRM data accuracy and ensure that all required information is updated regularly.
Track sales activities and provide relevant updates to management.




Assist in identifying pending, inactive, and converted leads through CRM data.
Handle CRM-related queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth end-to-end CRM management.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience in CRM handling, MIS, sales coordination, or backend operations will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valuable data-entry and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
Willingness to learn and work on Neo Dove by Vyapar and related systems.
