Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace (fresh graduates may be considered for trainee roles).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, assembly, or CNC operations.
Familiarity with quality tools such as 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo) is preferred.
Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with design, maintenance, quality,



and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Prepare production reports, KPIs, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
Train and guide production operators on standard operating proceduresiciency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
